Thank you for visiting our Available German
Shepherds page. We meticulously continue our breeding program and
expect to continue to have 1-2 litters a year. Only the
most suitable and discerning homes will be placed on our reservation
list and the majority of our puppies will be reserved
with a deposit prior to birth.
With our current waiting list, we will
NOT be taking any new reservations in 2012 as we
do not plan to have any available puppies that
are not already reserved until at earliest 2013! |

Top 5
Things NOT
to do that can RUIN
your
German Shepherd Puppy
-
Do NOT
Tether/tie your GSD to teach it manners, contain
him, etc.
Tethering/tying your GSD is very likely to cause
anxiety and can also cause injury. If you
cannot watch your puppy, leave him in a safe fenced
area, designated safe area in your home, or in his
crate.
-
Do NOT
Train your GSD with force and/or compulsion prior to
14 months of age.
A GSD should naturally be willing and if you have a
RELATIONSHIP with him, he will respond happily to
positive reinforcement training. Make him a
family member, make the pack order in your home
clear and consistent.
-
Do NOT Take
your GSD to a dog park.
Random dogs running loose in a "pack" is an accident
waiting to happen. Dogs, especially German
Shepherds, will instinctively try to establish a
"pecking" order in situations where their "pack
leader" (you), is not by his side. It takes
only ONE bad experience at a dog park to cause a
lifelong problem with your dog.
-
Do NOT
Spay/Neuter your GSD prior to 18 months of age.
There is a large amount of documentation that shows
de-sexing your dog prior to physical maturity can
lead to many lifelong health, orthopedic,
behavoioral, and/or mental problems.
-
Do NOT
Initially seek advice from anyone other than your
BREEDER first.
NO ONE will know your puppy, his lines, genetic
foundation, and family traits more than your
BREEDER. You trusted them enough to give them
your money and bring one of their puppy's into your
home. Trust them enough to go to them first
when help is needed. If they do not reply, if
things do not change, if their answers do not makes
sense to you, THEN seek help elsewhere. But at
least give them the respect to go to them first.
